i2Graduates - Shipping & Delivery Policy

Last Updated: March 15, 2026

Effective Date: March 15, 2026

At i2Graduates, we prioritize fast, secure, and reliable delivery of our QCTO-aligned learning materials—covering our extensive directory of skills programmes and occupational qualifications—whether you choose digital or physical formats. Our focus is on digital access for instant usability, with premium physical options available for those who prefer custom-printed materials. All deliveries comply with South African consumer protection laws and our unwavering commitment to training excellence.

We understand that when you invest in skills development, you want to start learning immediately. That's why we've designed our delivery systems to be as efficient and flexible as possible, ensuring you receive your materials in the format and timeframe that works best for you.

1. Delivery Methods

Primary: Digital Delivery (Most Common & Recommended)

The majority of our clients choose digital delivery for its speed, convenience, and zero environmental footprint. All materials—including PDF textbooks, interactive e-modules, South African Sign Language (SASL) video files, and course packs—are delivered as secure digital files.

Default Delivery Method: We use secure cloud storage (such as Google Drive) to provide a private shared link with full view and download access. This method is reliable, accommodates large file sizes, and ensures your materials are easy to obtain.

Alternative Options: If your corporate or personal network restricts certain cloud storage platforms, we are happy to accommodate. Simply request an alternative secure method during checkout or by contacting our support team. Options include:

Dropbox

WeTransfer

OneDrive

Direct email attachment (exclusively for small files under 25MB)

Security & Access: All shared links are generated with strict security protocols. Your materials remain permanently accessible through your personal account dashboard under your digital library once you are logged in, ensuring you never lose access.

Physical Delivery (Printed Materials)

For learners, companies, and training institutions who prefer the tactile experience of printed textbooks, bound course packs, or our printed sample packs, we offer reliable courier delivery across South Africa.

What We Ship Physically:

Printed textbooks and full qualification binders

Custom-bound course packs

The i2Graduates printed sample pack—a curated selection of key pages and modules from your order, allowing training providers to preview material quality before committing to larger institutional print runs.

Coverage: Available nationwide in South Africa, including regional and remote areas (though remote locations may require extended transit timelines).

Our Courier Partners: We partner exclusively with reputable, fully tracked courier services—including The Courier Guy, Pargo (for convenient counter pickup points), and DSV—to ensure your materials arrive safely.

Optional Selection: Physical shipping is entirely optional and can be selected at checkout.

2. Processing & Delivery Timelines

We take exceptional care to ensure quality compliance at every step. Before any materials are released, we verify your order details (language selection, format preference, and SASL requirements), confirm moderation standards, and securely finalize your files or print layouts.

| Format | Processing & Production Time | Courier Transit Time | Total Estimated Turnaround |

| :--- | :--- | :--- | :--- |

| **Digital Products** | 1 to 3 Business Days | Immediate via Email Link | 1 to 3 Business Days |

| **Physical Products** | Up to 7 Days (Custom Print & Binding) | 2 to 5 Business Days (Nationwide) | 9 to 12 Business Days |

*Note: Weekends and South African public holidays are excluded from processing time calculations.*

Printed Sample Pack: When included with a qualifying physical order, your sample pack is processed and shipped together with your main materials. If ordered separately, it follows the standard physical delivery timeline.

Potential Delay Factors: All delivery times are estimates based on typical courier performance. Delays may occasionally occur due to:

High seasonal volume peaks (e.g., January and July academic intake periods)

Courier network regional disruptions

Incorrect or incomplete address details

Force majeure events (severe weather infrastructure impacts, labour disputes, or severe load shedding)

Should any exceptional delay occur, our team will notify you promptly via email or SMS with updated tracking data.

3. Shipping Costs

We believe in transparent pricing with no hidden surprises.

All delivery costs are clearly calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

All costs are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.

The cost of physical delivery is based on the total weight/volume of the printed materials and your delivery zone. No surprise charges will ever be levied upon delivery.

4. Order Tracking & Support

We want you to have complete peace of mind from the moment you place your order until your learning materials are safely in your hands.

Digital Orders: Your secure access link is sent to your email immediately upon processing completion (within 1–3 business days), and all purchased materials are made available in your account dashboard under your digital library.

Physical Orders: Once your printed material package is dispatched to our courier partner, we send an automated tracking link via email and SMS so you can follow its journey in real-time.

Support Assistance: If your digital link is inaccessible, you haven't received it within the stated timeframe, or your physical package is delayed, contact us immediately:

Email: support@i2g.life (fastest response channel)

Live Chat: Available via our WhatsApp portal on the website during business hours

Phone: 070 305 2992

We aim to resolve delivery inquiries or technical link issues within 24 hours of notification.

5. Important Notes & Customer Responsibilities

To ensure seamless delivery, please note the following operational guidelines:

Address Accuracy: You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and accessible physical address for courier delivery.

Most courier services cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes—a physical street address where someone is available to sign for the package is required.

Please include specific business names, complex/flat numbers, gate codes, or security instructions where applicable.

i2Graduates cannot be held responsible for transit delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address entries.

Risk of Loss:

Digital files: Risk transfers to you once the secure link has been successfully dispatched to your registered email address.

Physical items: Risk transfers to you upon formal handover to the courier service, as evidenced by the tracking system's acceptance scan.

Custom Delivery Requests: For specialized training requirements—such as loading SASL video content onto encrypted USB flash drives for offline institutional use, or bulk print runs with custom branding—please reach out directly to support@i2g.life for a tailored framework and custom quote.

International Shipping: Currently, our standard checkout handles physical shipping exclusively within the Republic of South Africa. For corporate training inquiries in neighbouring SADC countries or abroad, please contact our growth team for a custom logistics and customs-cleared quote.

Policy Updates: We may update this Shipping & Delivery Policy from time to time to reflect adjustments in our print operations, courier integrations, or legal frameworks. The most current version will always be live on this page.

We deliver excellence—whether digitally or physically—so you can focus entirely on what truly matters: your skills development, learning, and growth.
